• Cancellations within 24 hours of scheduled service may incur a fee.

3. Rates and Payment

• Rates are based on labor, travel, specialty work, and deployment complexity.
• Invoices are due upon receipt unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Late payments may result in service delays or additional fees.

4. Site Access and Safety

• You agree to provide safe, legal access to the service site.
• We reserve the right to decline service if conditions are unsafe or violate code.
• Any delays caused by site inaccessibility may result in additional charges.

5. Documentation and Dispute Resolution

• We maintain detailed records of service calls, diagnostics, and resolutions.
• If a dispute arises, both parties agree to attempt resolution through documented evidence and direct communication before pursuing legal action.

6. Warranty and Limitations

• We stand behind our workmanship. If issues arise within 30 days of service, we’ll assess and address them promptly.
• We are not liable for pre-existing conditions, third-party interference, or client-provided equipment failures.

7. Privacy and Confidentiality

• All client data and site details are handled with discretion.
• We do not share your information with third parties unless required for service delivery or legal compliance.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in our services or legal requirements. Updates will be posted on our homepage with the effective date clearly noted.
